At Clara & Rae, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Returned with the original packaging

  • Free from signs of wear or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

⚠️ Important: We do not accept returns that are sent back without contacting us first.

Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method (for example, the same credit card used for the purchase).

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs

As a small business, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
